Jesse's birthday party

We had a playdate birthday party for Jess on Thurs. We had some friends meet at our house and walk to the library for storytime. And ironically the theme at storytime was "Happy Birthday!" It was perfect!!! After the library, our friends came back over to play, have lunch and sing Happy Birthday. It was a great time...chaotic...but GREAT!

We did a little ball theme since Jesse loves to plays with all kinds of balls. Publix made these cute cupcakes and they also did the same with cookies, which we gave out as party favors.

At first, Jesse was hestiant about his cake.

but it only took a few seconds for him to realize that it was yummy!
