Our weekend

We had a very relaxing weekend...well, at least Annie and I did! Tanner worked all weekend, demolishing our bathroom!
First, let me explain this bathroom...it was the worst bathroom in America! When we moved in it had carpet in it...who puts carpet in a bathroom?? And it was black carpet! Before Annie was born, we ripped that up to find cracked tile underneath! For the past 6 months, we have lived with that. Tanner decided this week that it was time to redo the whole thing, so he took a sledge hammer and "went to town!" He demolished the whole bathroom, which took literally all weekend! Here are some before and after pictures! Now, he just has to put it all back together!

The tile in the shower, was black, so it felt like a dungeon when you took a shower!

This is what our bathroom looks like now!

Tanner hard at work!

Tanner also decided to tear out a closet so that we can make the bathroom bigger. this is a picture looking throug the closet door into the bathroom!

Annie had her first "Big Girl Bath" this weekend too! she loved the water and freedom to move around and splash as much as she wanted! The tub was slippery though, so we're going to walmart tomorrow to get a non-slip pad for the tub!

This shirt came all the way from Hawii....Taylor and Lynzie got it for Annie on their honeymoon!

I also did my first "weekend challenge" from the CKMB...the challenge was to use dingbats on a LO. The little people in the title are from "ForKids" font! It was fun to do!

Go, Annie! Harper loves the big bath tub too. She gets on her stomach and "swims."

Your weekend challenge looks awesome. I went to that site, but the class you're taking isn't being offered at this time. I hope it will be offered again soon though b/c these look great, and you look like you are having so much fun.
