We had a great long EAster weekend since Tanner was off on Friday! (Just having him home one extra day is the best thing ever!) We went to the beach Friday and to Collins and Rooster's crawfish boil in Melbourne on Sat. I couldn't tell you the last time that I ate crawfish, so needless to say, I was super excited! They had 150 lbs of live crawfish brought straight from New Orleans that they boiled themselves. DELICIOUS! Here are some pictures...
