Halloween week

We have had such a fun week getting ready for Halloween! We went to dress up day at the library. They had a puppet show and all kinds of good Halloween treats for the kids. Unfortunately my camera died so I didn't get any pictures there (tragedy...isn't it???!). We went to a few pumpkins patches around town, to a pumpkin carving party at a friends house, to a Halloween parade/costume contest downtown, and finally trick or treating! I'm already looking forward to next year!

Every year New Smyrna has an annual Halloween parade and costume contest downtown. Kristy, Ethan, Leo and Joey came over and we walked down to the party. Unfortuately, tanner had to work so he didn't make it, but we had a good time! Annie and leo got to walk across the stage in their costumes and annie loved listening to the music that was playing. She stood in the middle of the street and danced!

We went trick or treating in our neighborhood and the kids really had a blast. I think they got the idea after a few houses and they kept wanting more candy. It was so much fun.

they did good walking on their own, until about 8:30, then they both wanted to be held!

We dumped annie's candy out and she got to eat some before bed. (surprisingly, she is sleeping right now!)
